Dr. Sandra Bour Schaeffer is Senior Vice President Cabin & Cargo Procurement at Airbus Commercial. In her role she helps to boost cabin & cargo value creation throughout the complete value chain, from Suppliers to Customers, driving innovation and embracing business from linefit to aftersales.

 Previously, as CEO of Airbus UpNext, an Airbus Innovation subsidiary, she helped shape the future of aerospace.

 Her passion for aerospace innovation is long-standing, counting two decades of flight test engineering, development and execution at Airbus.

 Dr. Bour Schaffer holds a Flight Test Engineer License from EPNER, a PhD in fluid dynamics and an aerospace engineering degree.
